Adrenal Tumours

Adrenal tumours include several benign and malignant tumours some of which overproduce endocrine hormones. Adrenal cancer refers to malignant adrenal tumours, which include adrenocortical carcinoma and a small percentage of adrenal pheochromocytomas. The majority of adrenal pheochromocytomas and all adrenocortical adenomas are benign tumours, which do not spread beyond their primary site.
